Independence Day: 12 Steps to Be the CEO of Your Business and Not the Secretary

CEO TableWhen you create the right systems in your business, you’ll work fewer hours, attract more of the clients you want, and be able to make the money you deserve. – which sounds like freedom to me.

The challenge is knowing what those systems are. Fortunately, I’ve created a free tool to help you assess where you stand in your business, so you can decide what changes would make the most impact. And on every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday in July, I’ll be blogging about one of the systems on the assessment, with a quick tip on a tool or strategy you can use to improve what you currently have in place. By the end of July, you’ll have a deeper insight on 12 steps you can take to move closer to being the CEO of your business, and not the secretary.

Download your free Business Systems Assessment by clicking the big green button to the right of this post. Take ten minutes to fill it out, then refer to it every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday during July when you read that day’s post.  Add notes of changes you will make.

Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sundays in July will include a mix of guest posts, ‘vintage’ posts of great content that bears repeating, and some ‘I thought this was a fascinating idea and I think you will too’ posts.

Tomorrow’s post will definitely give you a new perspective on making meetings spark your creativity while doing double-duty, and I look forward to your comments.

Oh my goodness do I need this! Right now, I do EVERYTHING for my business, except when I’m doing video, and my husband holds the camera for me! I really need to get some systems in place, and when the money isn’t so tight, definitely need to outsource!
